1. Who we are

Mindflx designs, builds and operates custom artificial intelligence systems that run business processes. The Site serves informational and commercial purposes: it presents our services and lets you try AI agent demos.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and reasonably. The following are not allowed: attempting to breach its security or that of third parties, automated data extraction, interfering with its operation, or using it for illegal or offensive purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or the demos, temporarily or permanently, when we detect abusive use or use contrary to these terms.

3. AI agent demos

The voice and chat demos on the Site are simulations using fictitious data and information. Any figure, account, case, document or data an agent mentions during a demo is invented and does not correspond to real information.

Agent responses are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Nothing said by an agent in a demo constitutes legal, financial, accounting, medical or professional advice of any kind, nor a binding commercial offer.

Demos have duration and usage limits. Do not enter confidential, sensitive or real information in them (passwords, account or card numbers, health data, etc.).

4. Commercial contact and leads

If during a conversation (on WhatsApp or in a demo) you voluntarily share your name and contact details with us, you authorize Mindflx to contact you through the channel you chose in relation to your request. The processing of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (trademarks, logos, texts, designs, components, code and audiovisual material) belong to Mindflx or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

6. Third-party services

The Site integrates third-party services such as WhatsApp (messaging), ElevenLabs (voice processing for the demos) and Vercel (hosting). Use of those services is additionally governed by their owners' terms, which we do not control.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site and the demos are provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindflx shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site or from decisions made based on the content of a demo.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its update date. Using the Site after a change implies acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
